Copyright Information

The Netscut site and its HTML and text content are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License, while the programs on the site are under the GPL version 2 license. In general terms, I prefer the Creative Common license, but these programs were written before there was a creative commons license, and some have already been distributed and incorporated into other programs under the GPL2. It's probably simplest just to stick to that model.
