Minimental Status Exam

I was contacted around 2004 by a company claiming intellectual properties over the minimental exam. While I might make some comment about various versions existing, "fair use", etc., I don't really have the time or resources to contest their claim. I've included a reference below, and some version of the minimental exam is found in a lot of text books.
