PALS Protocol: EMD

1. Intubate
2. IV access
3. Epinephrine 0.01 mg/kg (1:10,000 solution)
4. Correct Electrolytes

Consider as possible etiologies:

Hypovolemia
Tamponade
Tension Pneumothorax
Hypothermia
Hypoxemia
Acidosis

Correct underlying abnormality
