Supraventricular Tachycardia (unstable)
1. IV access
2. Sedation/Oxygen
3. Synchronous shock, 0.5-1 J/kg
4. Adenosine 100-250 mcg/kg IV fast (repetitive dose)
5. Synchronous shock, 2J/kg
6. Synchronous shock, 4J/kg (repeat)
