PreOp Diagnosis: desired infertility/multiparity
PostOp Diagnosis: same
Procedure: (B) TL (laparascopic, Fallope rings)
Surgeons: Dr. Nomore
Findings: Uterus, tubes and ovaries grossly nl; appendix, liver and GB visualized grossly nl.
Anesthesia: GET
Fluids: 1100 cc LR
Estimated Blood Loss: < 50 cc; u/o straight catch
Drains: None.
Specimens: None.
Complications: None.
Patient tolerated procedure well. Pt. extubated. RR for further observation/monitoring. Will d/c to home when pt tolerates PO/OOB/voiding.

f/u @ Clinic in 4-6 weeks.
