1. HD #1 PID
2. Clinically improved
3. WBC decreased today to 18.0

1. Continue IV antibiotics: Unasyn + Doxy
2. Obtain official US today
3. Continue NPO for now
4. CBC + ESR qd
5. Continue to observe closely
