Compazine 10 mg, im q6h prn nausea

Halcion 0.25 mg po qhs prn insomnia

Benadryl, 50 mg po qhs prn insomnia

Motrin, 600 mg po q6h prn pain

T+C#3 2 tablets po bid prn pain

Colace 100 mg po bid prn constipation

Parlodel 2.5 mg po bid x 14 days

Hurricane gel to bedside prn usage

Warm sitz bath q6h prn x 24h

Tucks to bedside prn usage

Rhogam, if needed

Rubella vaccine, if needed
