Binding Mode Topoisomerase II inhibitor, generally believed not to interact directly with DNA.  However, one report [Chow, 1988] states that it binds infrequent sites, binds supercoiled and linear DNA equally, and binds ssDNA more than dsDNA.
Site Specificity Unknown.
Effect on DNA Unwinding angle of 17o [Waring, 1981].
Preparation and Use Limited solubility in water.
